Lean IT Leadership focuses on getting the Lean IT leader (on any level) to understand the leadership aspect of working with Lean in an IT context.

The course curriculum is bult mainly around the Leadership Development model described by Liker & Convis, which contains elements of the leaders own self development, helping others to develop, supporting daily kaizen, creating vision/aligning goals, as well as ensuring that the True North Values are defined and understood.

Additional to the Leadership Development Model, is a module on how to design and communicate a Lean Transformation, in the form of a compelling, relevant and committing Change Story, a transformation plan, as well as how to engage both leaders and employees in the transformation.
