Sebastiaan Laurijsse

Sebastiaan’s name has become synonymous with leading digital and fast pace product development. His conviction on the importance of transparent and open communication, fact based decision making and execution at speed has given him a proven track record accelerating global high-tech companies.

Most recently he supervised the global DevOps roll-out at NXP Semiconductors, the world leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications employing approximately 31,000 people in more than 35 countries and with a reported revenue of $9.4 billion.

Before devoting his work to NXP as Senior Director for Generic IT Services & User Experience, Sebastian worked for major players such as the largest cable television operator in the Netherlands, Ziggo, and German global IT services and consulting company, T-Systems. Some of the clients served by T-Services include household names such as Daimler, Volkswagen, Royal Dutch Shell, BP, Philips, MAN SE, Airbus, E.ON. and British American Tobacco.

His high-energy and passion for driving digital transformations has won him unanimous praise from fellow innovators and technology experts. In 2019, he was nominated for the prestigious Young Captain Award as one of the most inspiring professionals of the Netherlands’ new generation of leaders.
