Anant Krishnan

Anant has spent a good part of the past decade actively mentoring and coaching people at mid and senior Executive levels – to anchor around their strengths, to identify and build sources of internal motivation, thereby enabling them to effectively deliver outcomes and grow their careers.

Over the past 3 years, Anant has been engaging with global clients facilitating programs on Leadership Development, and, been coaching individuals in leadership roles as an Executive coach.

Prior to this, Anant was a Managing Director @ Accenture. As a business leader, he anchored multiple programs on Leadership, Business acumen and related areas. Additionally, as a leadership sponsor for Inclusion & Diversity, Anant set up an internal coaching framework for women, in addition to facilitating programs for targeted audience.

During his corporate stint within the IT industry,

• Played a broad range of global & leadership roles – Business Development, Account Management, Complex Delivery, Business Unit Management and People Development – and delivered to business goals
• Worked with clients across 3 industries – Insurance, Telecom and Consumer Packaged Goods
• Set up and grew operations for captive clients
