Carlos Castañeda is the Director of Digital Innovation at Stratera. He has a solid background in Lean Transformation, Agile Transformation, DevOps Transformation, IT Transformation, and Digital Transformation in 11 countries. He holds 55+ certifications related to at least 15 different IT Best Practices: CGEIT^® by ISACA^®, ITIL^® Expert, ITIL^® 4 Managing Professional, COBIT^®, Lean IT Professional, Cybersecurity, Agile Master, Scrum Master, DevOps Fundamentals and Professional Enable and Scale, Green IT, Business Information Management (BiSL^®), Help Desk Institute, Resilia^®, Cloud Computing, ISO/IEC 20000 (Service Management), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), and ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management).

He is also a member of the International Review Committee of the ITIL® 4 Foundation courseware by ITpreneurs® Nederland B.V., and its translation into Latin American Spanish. Additionally, he contributed as a translator for the DASA DevOps Fundamentals 2.0 courseware.
