Berk Dülger has worked as a Software Engineer, Consultant, Trainer and Manager in software development projects in different sectors such as Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, E-Commerce and Defense Industry. Currently, he continues his professional career as Managing Partner in . In his current position, he is the manager and chief consultant of many national and international projects. He shares his experiences on social media and through conferences, presentations and blog contents.

Believing that success in software projects can be achieved with a high quality and holistic approach, Dülger considers Continuous Testing and DevOps as the most important element of organizational transformation. In this context, he supports companies to implement management and engineering practices.

Berk Dülger holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Boğaziçi University.
