Nevine Iskandar

Nevine Iskandar is a co-founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant of E2E ITSM Consulting Pty. Ltd. She’s been in the IT industry for over 30 years. Prior to starting E2E ITSM Consulting over 12 years ago, Nevine held several leadership positions within several respected blue-chip organizations such as EDS, Fujitsu Consulting. She has also consulted with such organizations as IBM, EMC2, George Weston Foods, and Cubic Transportation Systems. Nevine is a very passionate and result-driven service improvement and transformation Principal Consultant known to make things happen. One of Nevine’s strengths is her ability to draw on her knowledge in several industry best practices to develop hybrid improvement and transformation solutions that address organizations’ pain points and enable them to maximize efficiencies, customer satisfaction and productivity while reducing waste and costs.

Nevine, is a leader and an entrepreneur with strong coaching, motivational, presentation, and influencing skills. She is an ITIL Managing Professional and certified instructor, Agile Service Manager, and a CMMI Subject Matter Expert. She has hands-on experience in software quality assurance, project management and organizational management of change. She enjoys challenges, learning new skills, and traveling. In addition to English, Nevine is fluent in French and Arabic.
