Carlos Chavez

Carlos Chavez is currently the Regional Manager for DevOps & Agile at TSOFT Global (www.tsoftglobal.com). In the past, he worked as a Transformation Coach for Entel Peru, a telecommunications company where he led and actively participated in agile transformation and adoption initiatives with a focus on cultural and technological change. He was responsible for designing and implementing the DevOps strategy for Entel Peru and Belcorp, a multinational beauty company present in 14 countries as of 2013. In addition to that, he worked as  Senior Consultant for Deloitte in the practice of Technology Integration and TS&A (Technology Strategy & Architecture).
